Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | Just more in some areas, less in others. Just seems to be more drought that not in N. America lately. This too shall pass... and at some point we'll all be wondering if the whole country will be flooded out.
Some of N. CA is flooding right now. Guys two valleys west of here have had over 5" in a month. We've had almost an inch in thirty days, and I can still hit dry dirt grading roads. As usual there is more worrying about wind erosion than flooding here, yet we are only 100 miles from flooding.
