Looks good really. Wonder how you fastened the 2 x 4 on the pen side. If you plan on finishing the feeders, they might push on it and break it. More support that cannot be seen ?  Might be able to put a slit in a pipe and slide it down over that edge. Not sure how you would fasten it on without a portable welder.
