Right a lease up with your neighbor for him to rent it from you. You maintain it. Charge so much per inch with a yearly minimum. I've never done this before, just some thoughts in my head.
If you get a 10 year deal, system will be paid for by then. You own it, and had some help paying for it. Then if neighbor dies, sells, etc. you dont have to work with anyone. Just let it make a half circle if you want, or work something out with new owner.
Agree 100%, only way to do this. Best thing is you own it and charge a rent. AND not a too cheap rent to where he can irrigate much cheaper than you. |
