I agree with dewgubbe. Trying to go 50/50 with someone can turn neighbors in to enemys real quick as far as paying for upkeep and who is actually out fixing it when its broke not to mention disagreements about the hundreds of differant ways you can put together a system in the first place. Much easier to have a clear ownership and then come to a rental/custom application agreement.
