Pull the cattle off 1-15th of March, and will still yield good if we have moisture. Like was said, in some years it actually helps to get rid of some of the top growth and thin it out some. Also it is high in protein so not really good for cows. It is always used to grow calves. Usually easy to grow them 325# between November and pull-off. Can figure on more if grazing it off and not harvesting. Unless it is cold and wet all winter. Not a problem this year. Extremely dry and warm. 60s and 70s every day. Doesn't even feel like winter.
