You know, I'm not sure if there are ratings out there or not for CPA's.
If your current CPA says, "thinks it's ok" and not saying, yes, it will benifit and help you by X, Y and Z and bottom line, your tax savings are xxxx, I'd seek more advice / opinion before jumping in . . . . . .
Not sure if the "ok" is your interputation or the CPA is not being direct enough ?
Don't get me wrong, there are time and places for LLC/LLP's (LTD are generally a european set up type of entity - X Company Limited), just need to be clear and understand what it is and why it's better to be set up the way it is ~ |
