Iowa | Thousands of guns are made each day, so unless you have perfect examples of a classic weapon then you need to sell when the price and demand is highest. guns arev also like classic cars as the age of the population increases less people have a sentimental attachment to certain makes and models. Take the Model t or a ford 20 years ago there was a great deal of interest and they were realatively high priced today even a good example will not bring the price they were back then. The simple reason is that the people who grew up around them are either dead or so old they dont want to bother with them. Even the classic muscle car prices have soften because those of us are now in our 60-70s. Same with guns a side by side LC Smith or Winchester model 12 are tough to sell because every young kid whats and automatic , same with revolvers and auto pistols. | |
