East central Iowa | Get this, I have a Lighted 30x60 billboard faceing I-80 in Iowa, They have a sighed lease 5yr term auto transfer to new owners{me} for $700/yr.
The guy out of Mn. already told me he couldn't pay anymore. Well, lease is up on June 2013, He won't touch that sign for less than $5000/year. Lots of issues come up you never would think, like driving across neighbors field and fence to fix sign. Then someone wants paid damages. | |
