East central Iowa | Yea, those companys got you by the nuts. I've got a copy of lease and you have to cancel with in 90 but no less than 30 days prior to lease term. In 2008 my dad did get lease written down to 5 yrs, normal terms are 20 yrs. Mine is a steel structure with 12 12" I beams cemented 20' into ground. Because of the slope of hill and distance from road they can dictate to plant grass because corn can effect the visability from 1 mile away. So I would never let any put a sign on my property unless you get paid very well. | |
