When we first posted it we knew our neighbors, (not that close) and visited each one of them one we told that we posted it to outsiders due to the residential change and that they were free to hunt as always. The other we told that we posted it due to the residential change and didn't want lead flying our way.

This was what I was thinking. If you are only concerned about safety, post it thoroughly, but call the neighbor and tell him he can hunt back there as long as he is careful. Might not hurt to mention he can't bring in buddies too. That could turn into a problem.
