I've been battling the T-5 issue also with little success. So far I've tried an external antenna and moving radio to the non-lined side of the building. The outside antenna helped, but when the lights are turned on. reception is about half. I was told I need a filter or noise suppressor on the circuit feeding the lights. The lights even mess with radio reception from a vehicle parked inside.
