Thanks again Ray for detailed instructions. I believe we're doing it the same way. However, BFarms2 hit the nail on the head. If you add another file, the ipad will replace the existing one, you can't just add another file.

I'm not sure what this "icloud" thing is now. Something more to add? I'm not really grasping the simplicity of the apple way of things, if it is in fact simplicity.
