Saw somewhere (can't find it now) someone mounted a Gandy air box on a corn head that blew the seed under each snapping roll, I think that would be pretty slick. Not sure you need to cover most crops if you get a rain to bring them up, just broadcast ours this year and the hurricane rain brought every seed up. That said, my plan next year is to mount a 3pt seeder to the back of the 4wd in front of the turbo till to seed ours since we are making the pass anyway. I bet you could get by with a simple 12 volt seeder mounted to the chopper of the combine.
