I have the form a drain system which serves as the form for the foundation and the drain tile. The inside is tied to the outside form and that is hooked to my field tile which goes to daylight. I do not have a sump hole. They do not want to go to a sump system because the field tile will short circuit the airstream through the tile and not from under the slab.
