I agree.... i have the money to pay off my home mortgage. But i honesty think in less then 10 years the bank will be making my interest payments. My dividends almost are already on some stocks.
Buy some land with over 50% down if possible. Finance forever at a low fixed rate and enjoy. If prices receed try buying another....
