I think this is more true right now than ever. That is sort of my plan. I think we are headed for higher interest rates, and these high prices have turned some local guys absolutely stupid. It will be a train wreck if interest rates climb a few percent. A blood bath.

This time, I want to be ready for that, with cash. Right now, I dont think is the time to buy, but then again, most of the decisions I made on land and the farm were incorrect... so maybe dont listen to me. Ha ha!
