when seeding with a airplane it needs to be at a alt of at least around 50 ft if its higher its ok so trees shouldnt be a problem the only thing whould be small fields are just a pain sometime s but u got to take the good with the bad. Normaly a heicopter will cost u around 2 dollors an acre more if u can find one that is capable of doing it
