Subject: RE: S680 cob in sample problem

South Dakota

We get the cleanings from a local ethanol plant they take all of the gobs and corn stems out. It usually runs about every three weeks that we have to get a load. This year it is about a week and a half that we have to go get a load. So yes we are seeing a lot more corn and stem than usual, I guess what I'm saying is that the weather conditions that we had this year is what is making the problem. We run a Gleaner combine and have always had good samples this year we just could not get it cleaned up. So I am with the other ones that are saying it is the year and probably not combine. Or maybe it is the green paint :).
