Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I'm confused about several of your statements and questions.

I'm not sure what you mean by the AL air clutches. I have used an Ag Leader system for several years. I have air clutches produced by a company that Trimble now owns (Tru-Count). Ag Leader currently has a couple of different types of unit shutoffs. There is the Surestop clutch and also the Sure Vac type shutoff for Deere Vacuum planters. These use electricity and air is not involved.

Your Trimble GPS can act as the GPS source for an Ag Leader display. I do this in a couple of different situations. In the planting tractor, an older Trimble 332 provides the GPS source for an Insight that handles, clutches, fertilizer and chemical application. The 332 operates on XP during planting season and WAAS the rest of the time.

In a different tractor a Trimble 750 handles the steering but also provides the GPS for another Insight that is sometimes installed in it. I run this on WAAS all year along although I could move up to higher correction levels if I choose to spend the money.
