Black Hawk County, IA | Ok here's a few: Who maintains roadway or access, snow plowing, rock grading. Lightning arrester. Who pays for removal of their equipment when lease is up. Do you have insurance if their employee falls or is injured on your property. Local tower here is interfering with TV and radio broadcasts, locals are up in arms with farmer who owns land - not the cell company. Provision if lease is for x# of years and they bail on you in less than that. Don't mean to discourage you, just some of the things I've seen here. John | |
