SCIA
Bob,
She was very specific, GMO. So, hence the question. Yes there seems to be a rise in the health issues, but is it just that the medical field has more and more accurate teeing today? Have several family and friends that have some sort of gluten issue. One or two would have died young a century ago, some would just be "poorly". Myself, people would have said arthiritis. Dad had colitis, sister has it also, brother has some kind of food intolerance, but will not do the work to isolate what it is.
I, personally, do not think it is anything new, just that we learn more of the causes. Someone fifty years ago died of natural causes, today we know that it was something specific that caused their body to shut down.
