NW Washington | You about only have two real choices. Braun or the rotary Norelco/Phillips. I gave up the blade when I started taking blood thinner and now I use a Norelco or Phillips. It won't shave as close a a blade, but it is close enough for me. It works best when your face is dry and humidity can be a problem in the summer. I have never used a Braun so I can;t comment on them. I rinse the shave head out with hot woter and keeping it clean has not been an issue. They recommend replacing the cutter blades once a year. But the best part is that I have not nicked my face in over 5 years.
