Faunsdale, AL | You may see it as an invasion of privacy, big brother keeping tabs on your business etc, but have a situation like the next to the last Foot and mouth outbreak in England where sheep with FMD were discovered after having passed through a couple of livestock markets. Traceback on those animals to source would have been a lot better than to quarantine the whole country and wait to see what shows up.
That was in England, imagine a similar situation here and how it might be possible to contain something similar. | |
