Ohio | You would be grandfathered with this tract . Since it was ag before zoning was adopted . At least that is how zoning works around here . Now if it is not used for ag for a period of time , then it loses it's ag classifiation and would revert to whatever vacant ground within the city limits is . This is the way that old non used comercial buildings , get displaced thru zoning here .
