brownaugj - 10/25/2012 21:19 Here is the new nuisance ordnance passed April of 2012. Land purchased was a tree nursery and now is a corn field, but some is within a village of 250. I doubt it would hold up in court . . . .
It could be forced, the village to buy the land, if they wanted to force the issue. State court may allow that . . . .
