| Don't be in a hurry to grant any easement. They stay with the property and the deed.
If some guys want to buy landlocked property for hunting, etc. That is their problem,
and if you grant an easement for a road, it is like you are selling those acres.
So, you are out the land, value it for at least 2X the current value, for an easement, if willing.
Your atty costs, and filing and abstract costs, will eat most all of that. | |
