Northeast Louisiana | That's part of reason I don't like easements. I would ask a lawyer if it can be drawed up with the easement returned to you in the event he joins a main road later. BUT if he sells land and is gone before he joins the road. You maybe be screwed. I have not known of anyone around here that have done this of what your asking. If it were me, I would want to get it back if he is able to get a road frontage by purchasing more land adjoining him. I would like to hear other opinions also. | |
