Texas/New Mexico Stateline | 2001 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl 28-30mpg. DANG good car. 165k miles and hardly anything done mechanically.
1998 Dodge 1500 4 wd club cab, v-8 gets 10-13mpg dinking around the farm, taking daughter to bus stop.
2005 Toyota Tundra 4 wd v-8 gets 14-15mpg dinking around the farm, taking daughter to bus stop.
Can't justify trading these very reliable pickups for anything with better mileage. Depreciation would easily be more than fuel savings. |
