Right now they will not give us a basis for dec 13. They do charge a .09 fee to hedge but no margin calls so... I can see why people would be scared of HTA but these guys have never been beat on basis yet in the last few years in our area so I am confident letting them have control of my grain without setting a basis. They also pick it up off farm.
