If I sell at to a small of a profit and hyperinflation raises the value of my land and machinery I will be just fine financially. However if I end up selling at a loss because of poor prices then my land and machinery will also depreciate and I could be in trouble with a financial loss and a smaller net worth. I am more concerned about lower prices then I am hyperinflation when I already own something that will increase in value.
