Have been a few threads of new big combines of several colors that needed a new $50,000 + engine, and yes, I wondered the same thing, what happens when the company no longer covers engne cost ?? Will those machines be discounted enough to cover the chance of a blown engine, will some sort of "engine blowup insurance" be avalible like rocks through the combine or fire insurance is now ?? I would sure want to be covered on a deal involving that much money. |
