Long flight, I beleive they told us to take Tylenol night time? to make you drowsey so you can sleep part of the time and the leg muscles will be more relaxed. I don't know, guess it didn't bother me. We flew from LA to Sydney, AUS...14 hours. Auckland back to LA was "only" 11 hrs. |
