Martinsville, Ohio | I try to read the sample ballots and sometimes the pro's and con's about them. I guess I didn't do a good job because I voted today and had no idea what Issue 1 in Ohio was about.
I was surprised to see 8 choices for president including the write in box but if you write in a running candidate your ballot is voided!
I asked how homeless people can vote, there are many around here, I have employed a couple. They said they have never been asked that question but looked in the books in there is a provision for homeless to vote without a present address or they use the homeless shelter address if they are fortunate enough to be there.
