My parents have one. My dad has had back troubles for years and he swears by it. He even will "hang out" for 10 minutes if he comes home for dinner. I usually need a chiropractor visit twice a year to straighten out all the kinks. When I feel it coming on I go and hang a couple times at my parents place, problem solved. I would definitely try one.
