I have seen little two step boxes made from plywood, that you just throw in the bed. If the top is big enough that she can turn and set down. then once setting turn forward seems to be the best for getting in and out of alot of vehicles. How ever many steps you make, make sure the rise is consistent. Make the bottom a piece of plywood too, that way it won't settle into the dirt as bad. Might want the sides to come up over the last step. That way her feet will always be on the step. 12"-14"deep steps should be about rite. Make the last step big enough that when turning around she feels comfortable, 24"X24". I'm sure she will be thrilled someone took this much effort to show her something. Good luck and make sure you hilight the positives she has mentioned about n the farm.
