| I bought a piece of land from a very elderly woman. I would like to offer to take her out for a drive and show her what I have done with the property. I am concerned about how to politely help her get up into the pickup.
With family, you can talk about these things and it is no big deal. But with someone else I need to have a plan before I even ask her if she would like to go for a drive.
I am thinking about building a small two step platform with a handrail that we could use to get her up to seat height. Something I can throw in the back of the pickup. Has anyone ever built something like this?
