It's an Ag-Bag brand silage bagger- an older one with the cable backstop and natural air cooled operator's station with deluxe suspension seat, or something like that.
dairyman78 might need to post some pictures of the bagger(s) operating, since it's apparent in this thread that not everyone is very familiar with them.
