My reasons for doing so are quality and availability of land and diversification. How do I move to a new area and rent land without making a bunch of enemies of my new neighbors?
Ya, I doubt that . .. .. . the BTO from up north comm'ng in raising our rents take'n our land away ~
Better get thick skin and let it roll off .. .
Otherwise, if custom work in that area is possible, planting, harvesting, spraying ~
Gets your foot in the door to establish relationships . . .
Or, put an add in the local paper or send out mailbox flyers ~ "Willing to pay $25 - $100 dollars an acre more they you are currently recieving for rent"
That'll get you lots of hits . . . . . .. . |
