ND
Couple things jump out to me when I look over those numbers.
1. Wow 14.6% protein! I would be curious what the nitrates test out at with that level of protein (nitrogen)
2. ADF sounds quite high to me but maybe this was a grain hybrid and they normally run higher fiber levels. I normally run in the 24-28 range
3. Energy levels are low
4. Calcium is very low. Should around 0.3%
5. Phosphorus looks a little high

My biggest concern would be nitrates at this point with such a high protein value. It shouldn't be an issue after going through fermentation but it's easiest to be sure before animals are falling over. As far as recommendations I would be interested to see what others think. You have high fiber and low energy so I would think you could feed a decent amount of silage without getting the cows fat. Add some straw for some effective fiber. The distillers would be a little concerning as your Ca:P is way off if those numbers are in fact right. Distillers is going to add even more phosphorus and that's going the wrong way. You'll need to be upping the calcium for sure.
