Ours was barely 1/2 that, but it was several years ago-even before they had rebates. Only way to know for sure is to check. It sure is nice to not have to worry about a fuel tank of any kind. We quit using an outdoor woodburner and started using the geo and our electricity usage stayed the same. So for us the operating cost worked out to about zero.
