This guy is clueless. Ethanol plants got tax credits . They no longer receive such credits. OIL companies got a blenders subsidy (CASH ).to blend with poor octane gas which they would have to do anyway since epa band chance causing mtba. To increase oxygenation.only cash subsidy went to oil. Ended 2012.
