Eastern Washington | I had a really good hors d'oure last weekend& need some help making some for myself because the bar wont tell me. It started with a small piece of duck breast, a slice of japalano pepper, & a piece of a white cheese all wrapped in a piece of bacon & toothpick. Question is -how to cook duck breast, what cheese can be warmed without melting all over & do I half cook the bacon before wrapping around everything, then to the oven? "Moose Balls" | |
