We are fortunate around "here", that we have a couple of decent fish markets. They seem to be very truthful about the origin of their fish. They will tell you, "Yes, wild caught off Miamai", or "No, that came from Mexico." They do have a couple of their own boats that sail out of Yankeetown, FL. That fish is expensive, often around $18 a pound, or more.
