Is it that hard?
1) They get up early.
2) Set routine even in the summer.
3) Chores, divided into 2 categories. The work that's boring and repetitive but needs to be done, like cleaning gutters, washing equipment, ect. Also work they think they aren't quite capable of yet. Cultivating, making hay, ect.
