That is up to the grower, but it will have to meet guildlines. For instance we cannot go out and cut out 4 ditches of 2 acres each and say we destroyed 8 acres, that would take the field staff all winter to measure all the destroyed acrees. But for example a 400 acre grower could destroy 20ac in two differant locations to total 10%. Obviously he will pick the worst acres to destroy but invariably that is good for the company as well, good beets (better stand) process more efficently.
