frederick, MD | I am more concerned about the look. New cheapo, windows in my 1850 brick farm house will not look right. The old windows could be fixed up, but it is a lot of work to scrape, glaze, prime paint caulk and all that to 22 windows. I would rather just replace them but everything I find that looks like an old window is about 1000 dollars.
My mother put some of the 1000 dollar window in her home and they are just so darn hard for her to open. The slide very hard. | |
