SW Ontario | In corn that dry 3500bu/hr should be easily attainable.
With a 12 row head that would be 5.7 mph in 170 bu corn and 4.8 mph in 200 bu corn.
What do you have everything set at?
Where are you putting corn out, the rotor or the shoe?
Is there still cover plates on the separator grates that are installed from the factory?
I suspect your problems are somewhere in the settings or how it equiped.
