Oxford County, ON | Been looking up my own parts almost as long as JD has had their online parts system. Say what you want about Ma Deere, they have the very best online parts! Unless its real simple, how can I expect a guy 20 miles away to find the exact right part based on my vague description of its location EVERY time, and my name for it is probably totally different than the book. I'm willing to take the reponsibility for ordering the wrong part. Why shouldn't I, I'm the one standing there looking right at the machine, and 90% of the time I'm faster than them anyway, because I'm looking at the machine!.
FWIW, jdparts.com works on Blackberrys. Not as well as the desktop in the shop, but its good enough in the field! | |
