southcentral nebraska | I am not anti livestock. I was my dads hired man when I was young. He had 325 cows, a 900 head finshing feedlot, and owned a livestock sale barn. I'm no longer his hired hand, I farm , but have hauled more manure and ran more catle through a shoot then 90 percent of feedlot folks. I have had several pens on feed myslf. I have no problem paying more for feed if I get paid more when I sell them . Most feeders here also farm, its not like its one against other. | |
