chillicothe,mo. | Another longtime customer here who is really mad about Deere taking away Well's implement. I live in a town with a Sydenstricker dealership and can't tell you how many times that they haven't had a part and call up Well's and they have it. Even one of sydenstricker's parts people commented "it seems like Well's always has parts the part in stock when we do a locate on parts". It really makes you mad when you have a ten dealership store that doesn't carry close to the parts inventory that Well's implement did. I for one don't blame Mike for not wanting to carry a bunch of new inventory on his lot. HIs own comment to me was if you come in looking for a new tractor and I can get it for you in a day or two that is usually quick enough. But if I don't have the part you need to get you going that day, you are mad customer. I think these mega dealerships and DEERE should pay attention to the customers service that Well's implement had. | |
